What is your return policy?

Fullcircle has a 60-day return policy for any reason. All furniture must be returned to Fullcircle at the customer’s expense.

Is there a warranty?

Fullcircle maintains a 3 year warranty on workmanship. Normal wear and tear, including finishes, is not included.

How much does it cost to ship?

The cost ranges between $150 and $450, based on furniture weight and shipping destination.

Can I pick up my furniture at your location?

If you live nearby, you can arrange to pick up your furniture. You will be charged a $50 packaging fee so that the piece is protected on your way home.

Where is Fullcircle located?

Our offices and showroom are on the third floor at 25 North Pinckney on the Capitol Square in downtown Madison, Wisconsin. Please call us at 608.280.0800 if you’d like to stop by. Our furniture makers are located near Madison, Wisconsin.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Yes, Wisconsin sales tax is 5.5%.

Is there a less expensive version?

Yes, we provide a Do-It-Yourself Kit so you can build the Madison Set yourself.
